Problem Statement

Gym owners were managing members, payments, attendance, and staff using WhatsApp, Excel, and paper. There was no single system that gave them visibility or control.

Our Approach

Etaya approached this as a product problem first. We mapped the full gym operations workflow, identified the highest-pain areas, and designed a modular SaaS system that could grow with the business.

Solution

A web and mobile SaaS platform covering member management, attendance tracking, payment collection, staff roles, class scheduling, and business reporting — all under one dashboard.
